Late-night pick-up after 10 pm is $40 per hour. If your venue requires pick-up immediately after your event ends, additional fees may apply.

Delivery Policy
For safe and efficient delivery, Captain Ouzo’s margarita machines are delivered to first floors only unless an elevator is available. Due to the weight and size of the machines, they must remain on the cart during transport — no stairs are permitted for delivery. Small threshold step-ups are acceptable, but rough or uneven terrain is not suitable for delivery.
