What is included in my rental?
Your rental includes 1 machine, 1 cart, 1 mix, 50 straws, and 50 cups. We set up your first batch and show you how to make any subsequent batches. We also include delivery and pickup for most Austin addresses. Outside our service area does require a Travel Fee. ​

How long is my rental?
Your rental is for the full day. Delivery is from 10am -12pm. If this is at a venue, our pickup time is at 10 pm or if this is your residence, our pickup time is from 9am-12pm the next day. For venues, we can pick up after 10pm, but a Late-night Pickup Fee will be added. After 11pm an additional $25 will be applied every 1/2 hour.

How do I secure my date and machine?
All we need is a $50 deposit to secure your rental. This goes towards your balance. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. For weddings, large corporate events, and multiple machine rentals the remaining balance is due 7 days prior.

Who provides the alcohol?
You will provide the alcohol. ​

Can I move the machine?
No, the machine is not allowed to be moved. Upon arrival, we will discuss with you where you want the machine and place it there. We will ensure this place works well with your event but our machines weigh 200 pounds alone and to avoid injuries or damages, it is best to let us know beforehand so we can move it for you. A $400 relocation fee will be charged if moved from cart or event delivery address.

Do I have to use alcohol?
No, alcohol is not required. We can make frozen slushes and they still taste amazing. This works well for kids' birthdays, fundraisers, or having a second machine for your non-drinking guests. If you are not using alcohol, please let us know so we can adjust the viscosity and ensure that the slushies are not too frozen without the alcohol.

Can I buy additional mixes to keep the party going?
Yes! Each additional mix is $20 We will provide you with extra mixes. You will not be charged unless the seal has been broken.​

The machine can NOT be used in direct sunlight. Temperatures over 100 degrees will cause machines to overheat causing damage to machines. We strongly advise not to use outdoors above 99 degrees. Do not put machines on surge perotectors.
